Requirements

1. Application for Admissions

Applications can be completed online via our official intake portal or physically by visiting the campus administration block. Ensure all fields are filled accurately to prevent processing delays.

While the initial online application pipeline is free to submit, formalized registration during admission requires the payment of the college fee structure as designated by your department. All official financial transactions must be completed through our verified institutional payment channels.

Provide two recently taken, high-resolution color passport-sized photographs (with a clear, neutral background). These are strictly used for your official student file registry, internal medical records, and the creation of your mandatory KWTVC student identification card.

Applicants must submit certified copies of their academic credentials to match national CDACC registration tiers:

  1. Diploma Tracks (Level 6):Minimum entry requirement of a KCSE C- (C Minus) or an equivalent Level 5 certification in a corresponding technical field.
  2. Certificate Tracks (Level 5): Minimum entry requirement of a KCSE D Plain or a corresponding Level 4 qualification.
  3. Specialized Short Courses: Open access channels generally requiring a KCSE certificate or specified secondary/primary school leaving documents.

As training, practical assessments, and national exam documentation are administered natively in English and Kiswahili, basic verbal and written communication proficiency is expected across all levels to ensure smooth technical mastery inside our workshops.

Trainees must upload clear copies of their National Identity Card (ID) or valid Birth Certificate. These details are required for institutional validation, processing official state capitation/funding opportunities, and registering candidates for national assessments under TVET-CDACC and KNEC.
