Process

1. Application for Admissions

Prospective trainees submit their application along with all required academic result slips, certificates, and government identification documents. Submissions can be completed swiftly via our online application portal, or physically verified by presenting your credentials to the registry team at the campus administration block.

Once your academic qualifications are successfully vetted against the national CDACC entry requirements for your chosen track, the registry office will approve your application. An official KWTVC Letter of Offer (Admission Letter) will be issued to you, containing your student reference number, department assignment, and complete fee structure instructions.

With your Admission Letter in hand, report directly to your respective department head (such as ICT, Hospitality, Engineering, or Automotive) to select your training modules. Your trainers will formally register you into the system for the current academic term and map out your required practical workshop shifts.

Present your module details to the finance office to arrange payment according to the college fee structures. All official training payments, examination processing fees, or practical material contributions must be deposited directly into our designated institutional bank accounts. Ensure you bring your official bank deposit slips to the accounts office to receive valid college receipts.

All newly admitted trainees must participate in the mandatory college orientation program. During this onboarding period, you will tour our specialized training environments, receive laboratory safety training, set up your student portal logins at the ICT office, and meet with our sports department staff to discover active co-curricular tracks.

With your module registration completed and fee receipts verified, you are fully authorized to attend learning sessions. Report to your assigned lecture spaces and engineering or hospitality workshops to begin intensive, competency-based practical training and project work.
